Risk Rating Joke.

I have been banking with FNB for quite some time, and after a difficult COVID period I have been trying to build my credit record back up to an acceptable standard. I went to a branch and they informed me that my Risk Rating was a 3 for some reason, and requested that this be corrected to a 0 rating, to enable me to take out a loan. An email was sent by the branch to CCB requesting the change to 0, where they responded that I have two written off accounts still on their records, one for 2005 and one for 2010, and they will not change my rating before these are settled. I have no idea which accounts these are, and I have no info on these accounts. If these alleged accounts were in fact mine, they would have prescribed more than 10 years ago. Is it legal for FNB to still try and collect on alleged debt that have prescribed? I have always met my commitments with FNB, and I have transacted millions and millions of rands with this account, only to be treated like a ********? Very unfair. Please remove these prescribed accounts immediately. There is no records that show that these accounts are or were indeed mine. Derek van Tonder. ID: ***.
