Risk Profile Clearance
I was told if I paid ( which I have done) up my Device outstanding amount my credit portfolio will be adjusted accordingly but as a private client I can't even get through to risk so my credit can be cleared I don't even have an assigned personal banker I am really getting frustrated considering the monies we pay for these facilities

20 Nov 2020, 12:47I have been going round in circles with FNB firstly I was told if I settled the device that was outstanding they would adjust my risk profile now after settling it I am being told now there is a compromised settlement that's the reason they can't adjust. it just seems no one can give me proper comprehensive information.
Every time I settle something something else they didn't tell me comes up were is the professionalism for private clients and why is it so difficult to get through the bank I feel cheated.
I can't get a house loan or any form of credit because no one gives me the full picture.
