Risk Profile

I want my risk profile updated, I have been on the phone for hours and spoke to numerous people, the last number they gave me is for Shane Kandan, the number is registered on his name and I have been trying over and over to get hold of him. How can there only be one person at FNB who can assist me? I am a private client and paying for the private banker monthly, but no one can even tell me who my private banker is. I have been with FNB for years and this is the worse service I have ever received from FNB. This is not acceptable.
