Risk profile 3 upliftment

I am really depressed with FNB and what is happening to me it is really unfair, I had accounts with FNB loans, Credit card and overdraft which were handed over through to legal departments, all of my accounts are settled through a settlement discount and that has resulted in me being placed at a risk 3 profile, at this stage I have been contacting the banks but no luck I am being transferred from one department to another to uplift the risk, I am even willing to reach an agreement with the bank in order to uplift this risk, I cannot purchase anything with west bank as it declines based on the risk category, I really need to understand the procedure in order to get assistance, please can the bank refer me to a contact person that I can talk to or advise me further.
