Risk on my profile

I have a risk on my profile with FNB. Can you help me fix this risk on my profile. As a result of this risk I cannot open, or close an account. I cannot use Bank your change, schedule payments, schedule transfers or use the payroll.

Can you assist to remove this because I have tried and tried now. I cannot even upgrade my account to cheque because of this. Noting my monthly income suits the Premier cheque bundle account but I cannot even be upgraded to that account.

Accounts owing that I have with FNB I am paying every month and have no arreas
