Risk

I am listed as risk with FNB for the car that I bought in 2007, the person that did the finance at the dealer did not submit it to Wes bank , I keep going back to them because the payment wasn’t going of, I contact west bank and explained, it took them 6 months to finally trace the account and they wanted 6 months payments on the deal, so I ask if the deal could be uplifted and they agreed, 13 years later they list my as high risk, I think this is unfair, I have been banking with FNB for the last 25 years, lowest amounts that go through my account now is about 300000 a mont and the don’t want to remove the risk
