Risk catrogory not updated from Category 3.

How many people do I have to speak too and how many escalations must I log.

FNB rsok management team ( CCB Admin) has still not elevated my risk category which is on cat 3. I have a business account and cannot do any applications on the app due to the restriction. These were for old accounts closed which fnb had written off and I had made payment arrangement that time already.

My banker escalated his matter thrice and I still don't have a resolution

Please help.
