Risk Category not updated after 2 years!

<p>After applying for a homeloan I have been declined with comments of Risk Category Not updated. I was cleared from Debt reveiw 2 years ago, sent all clearance certificates to the the various banks. After spending half a day at FNB head office I was told back then that the system would update automatically. Since then I have been offered a credit card from FNB which has been managed very well. So imagine my surprise when I was told that my profile has still not been upated and homeloan declined for Risk Category not updated..... There goes the home I was trying to buy, all thanks to some one not doing what they are suppose to and staff at FNB getting very upset when I ask for feedback as if they are not doing their jobs.. well obviously you are not!!</p> <p>Adverts pride on the fact that there are premier bankers 24 hours available, yet they cant help you...</p>
