Risk 2 at FNB
I would like to upgrade my Cheque account from Gold to Premier The bank has flagged me as Risk 2. The consultant told me it needs to be removed if i have not app**** for debt counselling as I state I was then transferred to Home Loans for some odd reason and they told me they can't help me. Nobody has gotten back to me
Please assist
