Rishan Kulfath Worst customer experience ever.

I do not need you to phone me or contact me in any way shape or form. I just want you to know that my wife and I are taking everything (home loan, credit cards, cheque accounts, savings accounts, car loans) to Investec because of Rishan Kulfath and RMB. The guy doesn't even know how to use proper grammar and punctuation. He keeps giving us the run around with regards to docs that we already sent. Hoe doesn't read e-mails or attachments and he spelled my name incorrectly more than once. He has no attention to detail which is astounding considering we want to buy a R3mil house in Bryanston (on top of all our other FNB assets). I really do not understand how FNB can employ people like that. Congrats on throwing around R6mil in the trash. Like I said, don't contact me, we will not be doing business with FNB.
