Ripping poor people off

Fnb is the worst when it comes to charges. I get charged the monthly fee of R109 then again a service fee and value added service fee not only that again I get charged interest on debit balance. I went through my bank statement recently and discovered I was charged a hybrid subscription fee of R40 which I have to clue of again I was charged R45 for doing a cellphone transfer which I normally pay to my recepients monthly. I was called for an upgrade to a fusion account which they sold the benefits and I agreed to be switched, In the conversation the agent didn't mention anything about being charged a courier fee of R110 and only recently did I discover the charge going through my statement. I'm seriously unhappy with fnb recently and I have been their client for way over 10 years. Not forgetting their December R105 debits that they can't explain where they come from with our ID as references very unhappy
