********** for printout of proof of account

FNB cresta charges a whopping R11,50 for a black and white A4 printout with a stamp on it to confirm account details. Though just a week ago I didn't pay a cent or wasn't told about the charges at another FnB branch? So either inconsistency or dishonesty is happening in fnb branches, and what am I paying banking fees for?! I am a medical professional I need to send original papers to all medical aids with banking details. Poor business account management from FNB, and waiting almost 2 hours for a simple task such a this is truly unnessary
