******* in personal loans.

I took a personal loan in 2011 on 2nd Nov for R56k and I am still paying in 2019. when I call the phone directs me to an automated voice message for settlement amount. I wonder why am I still paying even in 2019. The loan should have ended in October 2016 and if there was any delays in payment at least 2017 not until now.

When I spoke to Nhakanipho on the 31 July he said the account was with legal and I wanted to know how much were the legal fees and why am I paying 3times the loan amount? They are charging me high interest every time I make a payment
