Rinse and repeat mistakes
This is getting really tedious now, having to complain every few months about my ebucks being stuffed up. Then to add to that I go to my premier support and we start with Melissa A who does not even both responding, Buitumelo who does not read the complain properly and just repeats what I already know and then Mildred C for going out of her way to call me an idiot, that one was especially nice.
I don't think you guys want my business anymore, seems being a client for over 15 years means giving a **** is no longer required.
