Good day. I am struggling with FNB with my late husband's One Account. After many inquiries and visits to FNB head office, I have not received any response or feedback from anyone. It's a big frustration and financial loss for me. My house has since been sold and after FNB notified me, there is now suddenly an amount outstanding on One Account. Neither my estate lawyer nor house sale lawyer can get any figures or confirmation from FNB that there is indeed an outstanding amount on One Account. Although all my finances and business are with FNB I will for sure close my accounts and move to another bank where there is help when needed and will not recommend FNB!!!
