Ridiculus Service from FNB and Hollard

Last week I registered a claim with FNB. I was then told that Hollard will call me to arrange for a courtesy vehicle pick up. I was later on told that I don't have the option of a Courtesy car. Zakhele who sold me the policy then called me to tell me he's going to listen to the recording and later I spoke to Ryan Murrray his supervisor who told me that the recording does say that there was a mention of the courtesy car but never an offer of it. He asked for my previous policy schedule which I sent to him on 1 November, as he said he will sort it out, till this day since then he hasn't called nor responded to my email. Only on Monday the 5th after I put a claim in on the 31st of October did he assessor come to assess the car. Today I called Hollard after been transferred a couple of times, I spoke to Doreen Dube who told me not in so many word that they don't know when they will provide me feedback. I had to fix my own tyre with my own money and still the refund is also pending.

FNB brokers service has been horrible and Hollard has been no better.

Till this day nobody at FNB has contact me. Worst is today you tell me that policy has lapsed even though there is money in my bank account still. Is this how you treat your clients????????????
