Ridiculously high charges

After being charged eat is referred to as excess fees amounting to R600 I have come to a decision to close the business account held at your bank to move to another bank that is more friendly to small businesses.

Over the past 12 months I have been charged more than R2000 of the so called excess fees.

In a nut shell, when I open my business I decided to have an account with this bank as I have been with the bank for most of my life and everything is more user friendly and I understood the bank well. But now with such manually inserted charges I have made a decision to leave to join another bank to operate my business account.

I will do the necessary. I can't be paying R 150 for a transaction of R 10 it is really day light ******* with no proper explanation.

I will also lodge a formal complaint with the Banking Ombudsman and the Ministry of Small Business as these fees are not progressive and cripple business on their infancy.
