Ridiculous withdrawal fee

I sent R345 to my ewallet. First, I was only allowed to withdraw R300 bc according to online chat, the ATM probably didnt have R10/RR20 notes...seriously?

Secondly, I went back today to withdraw the remaining R40 only to be charge ELEVEN rand! That's TWENTY SEVEN % or actually FIFTY FIVE % withdrawal fee bc I only got R20.

I was charged R9 for the R345, ZERO for the R300 and now this?
