Ridiculous waiting time

I was sent an sms to collect my card from FNB the glen. When i got there i had to stand in a queue outside in the cold for nearly an hour. Finally got inside, was given a ticket. The estimated queuing time on the ticket was 1 hour 1 minute. I find this absolutely ridiculous as i was just collecting my card. Service inside the bank was absolutely slow and no one seemed to be assisting people with any urgency so that we don't have to wait so long. I understand that there are Covid-19 rules that needs to be followed. But it is ridiculous having people queuing so long. The queues at the other major banks at the glen were moving quickly.
