Ridiculous wait times to collect a card (30-45 minutes)

My card was delivered to the Kolonnade branch and I have made several attempts to collect the card but every time I am told that the wait time to collect a card is 30-45 minutes, to receive an envelope because they don’t even activate the card after waiting for that amount of time, you still need to activate it yourself in your own time. I even booked a branch appointment twice to cut the queue and still I was told that I would have to wait the ridiculous wait times but I made an appointment on the app. When I tried to order a new card for delivery I was not allowed to do that. I have not had access to use my account since my card expired on 31 May 2024 but I am also being told that collecting an envelope that a takealot delivery driver can also give me takes 30-45 minutes in a branch.
