Ridiculous unpaid fees

Had an unpaid item on my funeral policy of a monthly fee of R102.34 where the money bounced because I had R101 instead of my just money just bouncing money back I was charged R110 on unpaid fees of they policy plus another R8.50 of decline on transactions.
