Ridiculous unpaid debt fees

Okay, seriously, FNB took R180 for an unpaid debt? Why is that high? I paid the amount within 5hrs of it being deducted, that's ridiculous. I want that amount refunded

Ontop of that my debt protection plan was canceled due to non-payment which is not true, my account always has money so why did my cover lapse? Can FNB rectify this and reinstate my cover
