Ridiculous Time Laps

It has now been over three weeks for our NPO to open an business account with FNB.We were convinced to use FNB's services as they seem to be one of the leading financial institutions in South Africa. Now we don't know if our decision was the right one. They tell you to do your application online cause it is easier.TRUST ME IT IS A HUGE HASSLE!!!The process is long and there is always something outstanding or wrong that they never mentioned before. After numerous (more than 30 calls) to the call center over the last 3 weeks our account is still pending. At first i was assured that all the documents provided was in order, then I receive mails that certain things are outstanding. In the beginning this was understandable. Then I send the correct documentations.Later just receive a mail AGAIN that now something else, not mentioned in previous corrections, is outstanding. Then I send it as well. This has been going on for the last 3 weeks!!!BACK AND FORTH the whole time.Is it incompetence that allows this to happen?Couldn't all the docx be proofed before requesting more and more and more stuff? If i knew everything from the start, no problem. But 3 weeks later still problem? I expected better!!!!
