RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM FNB

I have been calling FNB for the past week , they are always giving a run around for money that was supposed to be refunded back into my account on the 17th September , still today the 22nd of September nothing all I get is million reference numbers that my query is escalated and top of that I am the one who has to call back FNB and find out what is happening.... I cant wait for this month to pass and change my bank . I am tired of FNB and their ridiculous bank charges... Today was transferred to Hese and Dimpho in the service department promising to call back but nothing or rather keep me on hold and drop the call
