Ridiculous service and banking fees

I'm absolutely shocked at the service I received from the FNB branch in Horison. After walking into an empty branch I waited 50min to be assisted. After which I was told that the amount I was looking to withdraw is over the limit, waited another 20 min to get the limit issue fixed. I managed to get the money (bulk of the amount in R50 notes). I pay what I believe is a ridiculous amount of banking fees and on top of that I was charges R715 to withdraw the money.. What am I paying the monthly banking fees for, to stand in an empty branch for more than an hour???? On the same day I paid my personal loan off and the debit order went through... I have spoken to a number of consultants, that keep on passing me from one person to the other, the fees you charge FNB and the Service you provide does not correspond. Please get back to me I would like to get this matter resolved.
