Ridiculous service
I am at southgate mall FNB and I withdrew money from an atm however the machine restarted and I didn’t get my cash, o went inside and the lstaff member tells me that they will log an atm dispute and I will get my money in 2 working days, he’ll no I won’t accept that how am I supposed to get back home , the reason I tried to withdraw that amount is because I need it as in now, I want my money now and I demand assurance from the bank manager and CEO that I will get it, my time is wasted, I’m supposed to be at the doctor and I’m sitting at FNB waiting for my flipping money, I want it now

21 Apr 2023, 13:06Innocent people who happens to be your staff have to deal with your mess while you sit in high places and do absolute nothing, they have to suffer because of my frustration, and I’m honestly sorry that I have to vent on them, the manager and the lady at the entrance are very helpful and professional and I sincerely apologize that they have to deal with irate customers for such issues
