Ridiculous service

To whom it may concern

It's ridiculous that i'm unable to reactivate a business account (Dynamite Cleaners) when I have sent through all the requested documents to ***. Every day is a different 24hrs as a business account holder how come this request is not assigned to an individual person who will assist with having it reactivated. Why are you closing a request that is not complete. This is inefficiency for such a big corporate organisation.

Now if I have to complain in order to get things done properly. I have numerous reference numbers for one request, that's madness
