Ridiculous Service

Good Day

I am so disappointed in the service. FNB closed my business account without even informing me. My business partner has been at the branch and interacting with numerous people including sending them all the necessary documentation. However it has been more than two weeks now and our account is still blocked. We have a business and we have people to pay yet we are not able to do so due to the fact that FNB is giving us the run around. I've been on the phone for more than 30 minutes trying to get assistant and yet I am still sitting with a blocked business account.
