ridiculous service

I am trying to purchase something from an australian website and it keeps declining!!! i have been trasg=ferred 12 times by FNB and then the call gets cut!!!! this is redicioulus!!!!! how many times should i phone just to do 1 purchase???????? i did approve it on my app and still it declines???????????????????????????????????????????????????????
