Ridiculous service

So Fnb has been holding my deposit from a rental car company Woodford hostage since the 21/09.

I keep calling both Woodford and Fnb and Woodford has released the deposit but Fnb wants them to send an email to cancel which they did send it to them now they saying it must be sent by their bank.

It’s so ridiculous being sent from pillar to post for this deposit never again shame
