Ridiculous Service

We have had our bond with FNB for 10 years now. We have now tried to get a further bond for a measly R250 000 and get declined! Reason : My mother-in-law, who is a co-owner of the property is 73 years old and bond should be paid by 75. She doesn't even pay the bond! Also, if bond has to be paid by the time she is 75, then why did we get a bond 10 years ago as she will be over 75 in 10 years time! FNB is ridiculous and I think it is time I moved onto a better bank. FNB do not hesitate to phone me to upgrade my account, open other accounts, offers me other products!
And... we didn't even know my hubby owed money to a vet. We had paid and suddenly we got handed over with no notification. Account was paid by lawyers in 2011 and they say they declined because of the judgement too, but we paid immediately and had proof of settlement in 2011!!!
