Ridiculous penalty fees

I had money in my account on the 26th of October 2022 and the bank somehow did not deduct their bank charges of R240 and now am being charged a penalty of R180.So am basically paying double the amount for this month due to their own fault. I want my R180 back . My debit orders are going to bounce as this result because am working on a strict budget.
