ridiculous/ no assistance

My multi currency cash passport card has been declining online. I have been travelling abroad alone. Have contacted the call centre numerous times with no assistance and a poor attitude from staff. I am stuck overseas and unable to book flights etc. It has been a huge inconvenience. I have laid complaints on the site, have emailed and called numerous consultants and still no help. I have been a loyal fnb customer and do not even want to know about this brand on my return to south Africa. I am furious!!!
