RIDICULOUS FNB FAILED DEBIT ORDER CHARGES

I can't believe the ridiculous bank charges FNB has for failed and/or unauthorized debit orders ESPECIALLY ONES YOU'VE DISPUTED AND STOPPED BUT STILL KEEP COMING BACK. FNB is charging me R100 for an unauthorized debit order of R50 that I disputed and blocked a while ago but your system keeps the -R100 against my account at a stupid price for a debit order I stopped through you that's half the price. This month alone this unauthorized 3rd party that I supposedly blocked and stopped via FNB tried to deduct R50 TWICE from my account and guess what? FNB charged me R100 per failed transaction. I'm paying more for something I TOLD YOU I DIDN'T WANT NOR AUTHORISE BUT SEEMINGLY FNB ENJOYS TAKING MONEY *******LY WITHOUT LOOKING AT YOUR DAMN RECORDS FIRST TO WHAT'S BEEN AUTHORIZED AND WHAT HASN'T!!! I WANT FNB TO REIMBURSE ALL MONIES DUE TO ME FOR THIS UNFAIR CHARGES OF FAILED DEBIT ORDERS THAT THEY CONVENIENTLY DECIDED NOT TO CANCEL OFF. I WOULD BE SURPRISED IF FNB GETS A CUT FROM THIS ******* TRANSACTION BECAUSE YOU KNOW VERY WELL WHICH OF MY DEBIT ORDERS ARE AUTHORIZED. I'm seriously angry and disappointed in how you supposedly manage your bank and customers alike. Next thing we are being forced to pay such stupid fees because it's counted as a negative balance against our names until monies are then deposited. You guys are something else!!!! Nxa!!!
