Ridiculous Fees charged!

I have been battling to chat to one of their secure chat Bankers since 6:am they keep on sending me from pillar to pillar. My messages keep on disappearing on the platform I have to rewrite them. I am extremely disappointed with the service. What's even worse is that I swiped with my bank card on a weekend, the merchant decided to bank their transactions late now because I don't keep my money in my transactional account but keep it in my savings account I am now charged an item paid fees of R315, imagine!! Why should I be charged a fee when I had enough funds while doing the transaction and the funds pending. Another insurance decided to debit my account before our agreed date now I am a charged another R200 on item paid fee, this is nonsense! My account is on a minus due to the debit order that went off earlier than it should and there's R515 charged on my account!!! I want this fees to be reversed back, I have engaged with with the insurance for them to reverse the money charged. And I will not be held liable for the fees charged. I have engaged with the secure chat Bankers and their level of service is appalling!
