Ridiculous fees

I need to close my accounts, stop giving me excuses after ridiculous charges. Tell me why should I be charged for debit orders that I did not affiliate? When I want to close the ****** account I am told stories after stories mind you pro-rata fees have been deducted. After all the years I banked with you.
