Ridiculous fees

Made arrangements with creditors to not debit my account as I was on maternity leave only for FNB to allow debits to run and charge me almost R2000 to pay them. They have put in a worse off financial position. I laid a complaint twice on the banking app and no one has gotten back to me. They even charged me monthly account fees twice. Completely disappointing and I will definitely be switching and would not recommend them
