Ridiculous

Keeps blocking my online profile they telling me I have two profiles and they clashing, I fix it and it happens again, this has happened 3 times in 3 years. Not to mention the ridiculous charges, how can a payment bounce and you charge me more than the bounced amount, does not make any sense.
