Ridiculous Customer Service

I started a live chat with FNB and was connected to an advisor almost immediately however after 10 minutes of no help other than a saved response the advisor by the name of Motale disconnected my chat..I was then rerouted to another advisor who took almost the same amount of time to respond to me..

This is ridiculous service FNB is getting worse and worse and I am now looking at changing banks
