Ridiculous charges and debit orders

Good day

I logged an inquiry with fnb Wednesday still no feedback I called today and spoke to agent she said she will log an inquiry and I will get a reference number immediately still nothing. I have charged thats add up to R640.37 While those charges are FNB life that had incorrect debit order date and the is R20.37 redirecting fees from what I don’t know. Can you y assist with this and refund and also a debit order on my account they telling u need to wait for 5 days to days to get feedback. I don’t know who came up with this but I cannot wait for 5 days for me to get feedback on debit order on my account
