Ridiculous Charges

I have been banking with FNB for the past 8 years but what is happening now is extremely bad and pathetic service. 3 of my debit orders bounced due to insufficient funds and they charged me R110 per each, on top of that when the provider attempt to deduct again the same amount was charged making it to be over a R1000, as if its not enough I now see the #Item Paid no funds of which I don't know where its coming from, in total FNB has deducted almost R5000 from me of which it makes no sense to me, now more of my debit orders will bounce so they will make more similar charges, I will not allow FNB to rip me off like this, especially during this time of hardship and your own bank making it worse, I want all charges be reversed, if not I honestly going to close my account. I want my money back today
