Ridiculous Charges

<p>Good Morning,</p> <p>I am so surprised with service that I just got from FNB premiere.</p> <p>telkom tried to debit my account last night on the day that we are not agreed on and they didn't find any funds and you guys charged me R145.00 for a returned debit order of R534.00 which is like 27% of the debit order.</p> <p>i feel like you guys are not being fair if you going to charge me that much on each and every debit that doesn't go through.</p> <p>the reason why telkom didn't find any funds on that account is because I moved the funds to another account, 8; you can check there you will see that funds are there but on a different account.</p> <p>i don't expect anyone to be debiting my account after the 26th because all my debits order are set for 25&26 I move funds for the safety of my accounts, to avoid ****s.</p> <p>please tell me why you charged me that much and who is responsible for this amount because on my side my account is in good standing, this is something I also sent an email to telkom about to let them know that they haven't debited my account, and the person who rep**** said they have already did, this was on Sunday a day before I move the funds.</p> <p>please advise on this.</p> <p>thank you.</p>
