Ridiculous charge on account!

Over the Easter long weekend and my debit orders came off I transferred the balance of my salary into my credit card. I didn't know that 2 debit orders had not come off so when I got a sms to say my account was in arrears. I checked and transferred money when I saw what happened. Then I got another sms I was in arrears and I checked and saw that FNB charged me R770 for being in arrears putting me into arrears again. I think this is ridiculous as I had transferred money straight away when I got the sms. FNB didn't even notify me that they were going to charge me R770. I did not know 2 accounts were only going to debit on the 4th. FNB actually encourages you to put your salary into your credit card to earn more ebucks and now they penalise me for it and R770!! Absolutely ridiculous
