Ridiculous call out fee

I had the worst way to start 2024…yesterday my geyser just burst,I am informed to contact outsurance by my husband, I am informed our fnb insurance is linked to outsaurance, they send some plumber who took forever to arrive n told that he is closing the hot water n says its badly damaged, he will write a report and outsource will tell us of access fee.

My ceilings are damaged, n I am told access fee is 4000.

The price of a new geyser at the new geyser is the same amount… what exactly m I paying for in this insurance because the bond amount is debited from me
