Ridiculous banking fees
Never happned before. R250 service fee and again a R1860 aswell. Now I ask you why do we need to pay this much service fees. This is ridiculous. Pay and clear R30 p transactions no way. O will swap banks. I am banking with you for years. Serious you get this free that free so many of this bull man. Thought other banks was ridiculous this one takes the cake. But will love and leave you. People this bank is just chawing money. Sorry NEH

Ref nr ***NF got a mail from you on the 4th of this month you said Five days and I will receive feedback on a reversal claim on the money that was taking of my account that i was not informed about and the pathetic service I got when I asked one of your people for assistance on this. It is how long now and still no respond just like your service I am telling you I am giving you until next week. I was banking ten years with you. Do really not know why they rate you the best bank if this is the service one is getting
But will cancel my and all my family members accounts will bank with a bank that is willing to assist Almost R2000 bank fees it is pathetic. Did not recieve any payment reversal or feedback.
But so much thanks for this pathetic service. I trusted you.

Please what is going on with that banking reversal on the pay and clear. But ja like I said if you are one of the best banks or so they say. You would have keep to you promise and be loyal toe your customers. Until now no feedback or call on mail to respond regarding my issue. Pathetic service. But it is okay you want your clients to cancel their accounts what I will do dont worry. It is fine but thanks for the excellent service.
