RIDICULOUS BANK once again

You guys decided that for December you debit me on the 15th without my consent.

Our agreement is the 25th of Dec, you can recommend the 15th however not decide.

When I want to change dates since I will not be paid by then, I am told the system refuses.

Yet I wasn't given an opportunity to refuse your debit order enforcement.

I would like to be taken to a lower card plan as the higher plan makes no sense since your service is terrible before I can organise a bank switch
