Ridiculous bank fees

FNB has now became my worst nightmare... Every month there are debit orders that i have to reverse and stop, but to my surprise the same debit orders are still being made and I'm being charged ridiculous amount of money to reverse them. I fail to understand why FNB fails to advocate for its clients, now this morning when i check my balance i noticed R180 also paid from my account for unpaid magtape, the same debit orders i disputed. FNB is having this money making scheme which is the same reason i left my previous bank for after being with them for over 15 years. For this month only, I've spent about R450 on reverse fees and unpaid magtapes, had i saved the same amount i would've generated serious interest. I want a refund as i did call and request them to stop future deductions from same companies every month now since December 2021
