Ridiculous Bank Charges. Its Upseting

FNB Banking fees are insanity. how does 1 get to pay R1000 in banking fees. I complained about this on secure chat and the agent just blow me off. I have been with FNB for a while. It is shocking that you guys are milking your customer for money in this way. I thought banks are supposed to save money not take it from you. I am so disappointed. I think it is time to change banks now. I am really not happy
