Ridiculous bank charges

Bank charges ridiculous charged me R900 as service fee. When I enquire guy can’t even give me clear and proper answer if I ask reasons. It’s will be 2nd time this year I’m changing accounts with FNB. I have been loyal with this bank but this is too much.
