Ridiculous bank charges

I'm not sure what's happening with this bank but I'm really getting annoyed seriously.. This is very frustrating.This is happening for the 3rd time. Why is it that I can only withdraw R70 from my money that was sent to me via e-wallet?? from R100?? I can only get R70???.

I was send R100 via e-wallet yesterday and I tried to with but, i could only withdraw R50? Today I'm trying to withdraw the remaining and I could only withraw R20!! Why am i being punished for your Arm's not having enough funds?? This is ridiculous, now I remember why i left this bank. I even switched to easy zero account using a different number but I'm still getting charged even worse than ewallet. Should i just completely stop using your services maybe..
